One process from start to finish
There is no jumping between disconnected tactics. Every module hands its output to the next, so you always know what you are building and why it comes at that point.
Reel Foundry by Lantern Focus
Reel Foundry teaches the full production process for AI generated video. You will write, voice, render, edit, package and publish, with particular attention to the question most courses skip: how AI video channels earn money on YouTube. That includes ad revenue, affiliate income, sponsorships and paid client work, together with the monetization rules YouTube applies before any of it is possible.
We teach the routes and the requirements. We do not promise income, monetization approval or a timeline, and this page explains why.
01 Overview
A production process you build once and repeat, taught in the order you would actually work, with revenue in view from the first module.
A structured online course that guides you through one complete AI video production process and then shows you how to repeat it. You build a real channel and a real video as you go, not a folder of notes. Each module hands its output to the next, so by module 6 you are editing a video from assets you created yourself.
The course covers the commercial side of the work as well as the craft. You will learn which niches tend to carry a higher RPM and why, what the YouTube Partner Program requires before ad revenue is possible, how affiliate and sponsorship income is priced, and how the same process can be offered to paying clients. Module 9 is devoted to these routes, and module 10 focuses on producing enough volume for them to matter.
It is not a template pack, a bot or an automation that runs your channel for you, and it is not a promise of income. It is training and practice support, delivered as lessons and written procedures in a fixed order.
It suits people who can set aside a few focused hours each week, who are willing to publish work that is not yet perfect, and who prefer to learn a repeatable process rather than chase trends. If you already run a monetized channel with a full production team, the material will be too introductory.
Short lessons, each built around a single idea. Nothing is explained twice and nothing is padded to fill the running time.
Every module ends with a deliverable that becomes part of your channel, such as a brief, a script, a voice profile or a shot library.
Module 6 ends with your first published video, edited from the assets you produced in modules 2 to 5.
02 Suitability
The course works best for a particular kind of learner. If that is not you, we would rather you knew before you enrol.

03 Advantages
Seven deliberate design decisions, each one a choice we made rather than a feature added to a list.
There is no jumping between disconnected tactics. Every module hands its output to the next, so you always know what you are building and why it comes at that point.
The process is taught first and the software second. When a model or an app changes, as they regularly do, your workflow survives and you replace a single step.
YouTube's rules on AI disclosure, reused content and monetization are covered as part of production. They shape how you script and publish, rather than appearing as a warning at the end.
You finish each module with a completed asset: a niche brief, a script, a voice profile, a shot list, a thumbnail set or a published video. Progress shows in your files, not in the number of lessons watched.
The second half of the course is built on written procedures, templates and batch production, so the effort behind one video produces several. That is the difference between an occasional upload and a working channel.
Lessons affected by a major model or policy change are recorded again, and your access includes those updates. updates were released in the last 12 months.
Ad revenue, affiliate income, sponsorships and client production are taught as concrete routes, each with its own requirements and pricing, alongside the analytics that show which videos are worth repeating. What any of it pays depends on your niche, your output and YouTube's decisions, so we promise nothing. Read the disclaimer.

09 FAQ
Twelve straightforward answers, including the ones that might change your mind about registering.
No. Module 1 sets up your workspace, accounts and file structure from the beginning, and each tool is introduced at the point you first need it. If you have edited video before you will move faster through module 6, but nothing earlier assumes that experience.
Plan for four to six focused hours each week. The lessons run for about in total, and the rest of your time goes into the deliverable at the end of each module. You study at your own pace, so you can shorten or extend that schedule to suit you.
You will pay for third party tools. The whole course can be completed on free plans plus one paid video generation credit pack. A comfortable paid setup costs roughly $45 to $70 a month.
Those subscriptions are paid directly to the tool providers and are not included in the course price. Prices change often, so check each provider before you subscribe.
No. The method is designed for faceless channels. Module 4 covers synthetic narration in detail and also shows you how to record your own voice if you prefer. Either choice works with the rest of the process.
Yes, within conditions. YouTube permits AI assisted content, expects disclosure of realistic synthetic media, looks for original commentary or value rather than reused material, and does not monetize mass produced, repetitive content.
Module 1 explains what the platform allows and what it does not monetize, and compliance is taught as part of production rather than as an afterthought. Platform rules change, so check YouTube's own Help Centre for current policy before you publish.
We do not offer a timeline. Monetization depends on YouTube Partner Program thresholds, your publishing volume and quality, your niche and YouTube's own review decisions, none of which we control.
Module 9 explains the requirements and how to work towards them. It makes no promise about when, or whether, you will meet them. See the earnings and results disclaimer.
No. This is an educational course that teaches a process and supports your practice. It does not promise views, subscribers, monetization approval, revenue or clients.
We do not systematically track student outcomes, so we publish no success rates and no earnings figures. Our full reasoning is in the earnings and results disclaimer.
Yes. Module 9 includes a section on offering AI video production as a service, covering rate cards and outreach. Your licence covers personal use of the material for that work. It does not permit you to resell, copy or redistribute the course itself.
The course is taught in English and every lesson has English captions. Written procedures, prompts and checklists are also in English.
Yes. Lessons affected by a major model, application or policy change are recorded again, and your access includes those updates at no extra cost. Because the method is taught before the buttons, most changes affect a single lesson rather than the whole workflow.
